Buffalo Cajun Shrimp

Peeled raw shrimp

Darn Good All Purpose Batter

Bottle of Darn Good Hot Sauce

(Amount depends on amount of shrimp)

Take 2 ziplock bags, add batter to one and hot sauce to the other.

Take shrimp and place in ziplock with batter and just shake it. (If shrimp was frozen or if you wash them pat them dry with a paper towel)

Drop in deep fryer or pot of oil at 350 degrees and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove from oil and put on some paper towels and let grease drain for a few minutes

Place cooked shrimp in ziplock of hot sauce and just shake it.

Serve with some celery and enjoy!
